Welcome to the Chemistry course. Our objective over the next sixteen weeks is not to teach you to be a Chemist, or even to teach you all you need to know about Chemistry to qualify in medicine. Our objective is to lay down the foundations on which you can build, for yourselves, the knowledge of Chemistry that you will require in Biochemistry and Pharmaceutical chemistry. Here chemistry provides you a very strong foundation to Biochemistry and Pharmaceutical chemistry.
