The course of Biochemistry II deals basically with metabolism of macromolecules like carbohydrates, amino acids, proteins and fats. It also includes information regarding insulin and diabetes mellitus. During this course basic knowledge about different metabolic pathways as well as the related enzymes will also be discussed.
